A1 plans for superyacht marina
GREECE: The board of directors of HRADF, a member company of Growthfund – the National Fund of Greece – has accepted an improved offer from A1 Yacht Trade Consortium for the development of Argostoli Marina in Kefalonia.
The consortium will hold the concession for at least 40 years and plans to spend over €30 million on upgrading and maintaining existing infrastructure. Ninety berths are planned, with a range of superyacht berths for vessels up to 100m (330ft) in the mix.A1 Trade Consortium has great experience in the nautical sector and looks to build a model marina that is totally integrated with the local community and respectful of Kefalonia’s natural resources.
Renewal works will start in the fourth quarter of this year and take approximately three years.
