THE MEDIA VOICE OF THE GLOBAL MARINA INDUSTRY

Boosting the AcqueraPro network

Eleven new ports and marinas have joined Acquera’s AcqueraPro exclusive service platform for captains and charter brokers since the beginning of the season, bringing the network to a total of 169 active locations.

Alvise Tositti, chief strategy officer at Venice-based Acquera commented: “The process is long and laborious but we are proud to be able to welcome these new incredible locations to our AcqueraPro platform. Reaching the largest number of captains and charter brokers, as well as the highest number of ports and marinas is the goal we have set for ourselves since the birth of AcqueraPro in 2022.”
AcqueraPro aims to support captains and charter brokers in their day-to-day duties, both on board and on land via a clear and simple interface. The platform was developed through a continuous interchange between Acquera, captains and brokers to redefine the standards for services related to yachting by offering precise information in real time for the management of bureaucracy and port formalities and the planning of itineraries. With AcqueraPro, captains can check the rates for moorings and all the services offered at each location. The platform also facilitates customs procedures, supports the compilation of the necessary forms, and helps overcome bureaucratic obstacles of all kinds.
In addition to technical information, details are available on accessory services, such as drivers, helicopters, private planes and starred restaurants, with integrated booking functionality. AcqueraPro enables the user to explore a wide range of experiences in 169 ports and marinas in the Mediterranean, enriching the experience of customers while benefitting providers, and enhancing access to the area and local businesses. For charter brokers, the tool simplifies fleet management, optimises itinerary proposals and improves communication with yacht owners and their guests.
The new facilities in the network are: Ajaccio, Alghero, Bonifacio, Calvi, Santa Margherita Ligure, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Sciacca, Porto Empedocle, Porto Vecchio, Cres and Vis.
